About Gilo Engineering

Gilo Engineering & Manufacturing Co is a Johannesburg-based specialist engineering firm focused on automotive conversion kits and custom-manufactured components for the modified-car, restoration and motorsport markets.

Our in-house design department uses Mastercam and SolidWorks with full CAD/CAM facilities to design and manufacture specialised automotive and industrial components to order. This is backed by an in-house non-ferrous metals foundry specialising in sand and gravity-mould castings, and a fully equipped NC machine shop capable of producing components from the full spectrum of engineering materials — including engineering plastics.
