Beyond our catalogue, Gilo Engineering offers bespoke design and manufacturing services to automotive and industrial clients.

Design (CAD / CAM)

Our design office runs Mastercam and SolidWorks. Bring us a sketch, a worn original, or a concept — we will deliver engineering drawings, solid models and toolpaths ready for manufacture.

Non-Ferrous Foundry

Our on-site foundry specialises in sand and gravity-mould castings in aluminium and other non-ferrous alloys. Ideal for bell housings, sumps, brackets and one-off restoration components.

NC Machining

A fully equipped numerically-controlled (NC) machine shop producing components from the full spectrum of engineering materials — steels, aluminium, brass, bronze, and engineering plastics. Small batches and one-off prototypes welcome.

Motorsport Components

Side shafts, suspension components, catch tanks, link pins, king pins, pulleys — we design and manufacture customised motorsport components and fittings on request.
